FOR PRE-MATURE E-RETIREMENT
This is for e retirement portal checklist.
- Attested photo copy of service book page where 25 years service verified by the DAO Concerned.
- No demand, no inquiry, no punishment and no audit para certificates in original duly signed by the DDO on each and every certificate).
- Attested photo copy of CNIC.
- Attested photo copy of Current pay slip.
- Attested photo copy of 1st appointment order with joining report. (Regular order if applicable).
FOR E-RETIREMENT ON SUPERANNGATION
- Attested photo copy of Matric certificate
- No demand, no inquiry, no punishment and no audit para certificates in original.( dully signed by the DDO)
- Attested photo copy of CNIC
- Attested photo copy of Current pay Sip
- Attested photo copy of 1st appointment order with joining report. (Regular order applicable)
