Government Of The Punjab SHC&ME Department written a letter to the Secretary (Regulations), Government of the Punjab, Regulations wing.S&GAD regarding pay protection case 2021. In this latest notification request is made for the same treatment among employees in respect of regularization of service from the initial date of appointment on a contract basis. This letter is about pay protection for Punjab govt employees. You can say that this is the latest news about this case. It is hoped that teacher pay protection cases will be implemented soon.

I am directed to refer to the subject noted above. Please find enclosed herewith a copy of letter No.5296/Principal, dated 05.10.2020. This is received from the Principal, Services Institute of Medical Sciences Service Hospital, Lahore. It is requested from you that the employees of this Institute regarding regularization of their services from the date of initial appointment.

In this regard, it is stated that applicants submitted applications for inclusion of their contract services into seniority and their regularization from their date of initial appointment on the analogy of regularization of the case of employees of S&GAD which was made from the date of their initial appointment on the direction of Humble Punjab Service Tribunal, Lahore issued vide order dated 11.02.2020.
I am further directed to request you to kindly tender advice whether the afore-said employees can be regularized from the date of their initial appointment on the analogy of employees of S&GAD which was made from the date of their initial appointment on the direction of Humble Punjab Service Tribunal, Lahore issued vide order dated 11.02.2020 or otherwise?
