Grant of Utility Allowance Notification Sindh

Infoghar team is sharing the latest update of utility allowance 2021 for Sindh government employees. Notification is circulating on social media that Sindh Government has sanctioned the same to the employees working under the Sindh government. It becomes a top trend on social media including news channels in Pakistan. A few news channels telecasted breaking news the same. According to the sources, the Chief Minister Secretariat’s decision has not been yet made for granted. They have only forwarded the letter of MPA Nadir Magsi to the Chief Minister Sindh. But the sitting government has not given the approval and notification of utility allowance is not issued. So incoming days this will be approved by the sitting cabinet and will be applicable in Sindh Province.

Utility Allowance for Sindh Employees

We will discuss the latest update about Utility Allowance Notification circulating on social media. In this regard chief ministers in Secretariat issued and the directive on 6^th January 2021 which was forwarded to Chief Secretary Karachi. In which it was recommended for all employees in Sindh Government Institutions. Employees were protesting in front of the Sindh Secretariat for the increase in their salaries. Negotiations between Nawabzada Nadir Ali Magsi MPA and protestors were held. Later on, Nawabzada Nadir Ali Magsi MPA assured the protestors that notification will be issued so soon under the rule.

CM Secretariat forwarded the letter on 26.12.2020, along with relevant documents with the approval of the Honorable Chief Minister, Sindh with the following remarks.

Judiciary Department Utility Allowance

The government of Sindh is awarding utility allowance to the judiciary department. This notification issued by the order of Ghulam Rasool registrar Karachi High Court. It is further added that the national judicial community was formed to remove the disparities in the salaries of employees of the judiciary department. Honorable Chief Justice Sindh High Court recommends this notification. This notification is also applicable to all district courts in the province. These are revised rates. It will be applicable with effect from 01-12-2019. Copies of this circular are forwarded to the different corners for information and implementation. The civil servants and labor unions of different departments are also demanding for sanction of this allowance on the same pattern.
