The Government of the Punjab Finance Department issued notification vide order No.FD.SR.V4-1/2021 12 July 2021 dated regarding notification of Adhoc relief allowance 2021 Punjab. This was granted 10% of Basic pay to the civil servants of the Punjab government. The notification Adhoc relief allowance 2021 Punjab govt sent to all administrative Secretaries to Government of Punjab, all administrative Secretaries to Government of South Punjab, Secretary to Governor, Punjab, Lahore and the Secretary to Chief Minister, Punjab, Lahore.
Notification of Adhoc Relief Allowance Punjab
It is stated that the Governor of Punjab has been pleased to sanction Ad-hoc Relief Allowance-2021. Ad hoc relief allowance 2021 @10% will admissible of Basic Pay with effect from 1 July 2021. The said notification is issued till further orders. It is applicable to all the Civil permanent servants of the Punjab Government. Contract employees employed against civil posts in Basic Pay Scales will also get this benefit.

Grant of Adhoc Relief Allowance 2021
| 01 | This notification of 10% Adhoc Relief Allowance Punjab will be admissible during leave and the entire period of LPR except during extraordinary leave. |
| 02 | Adhoc relief allowance 2021 not be treated as part of emoluments for the purpose of calculation of pension/gratuity and recovery of House Rent. |
| 03 | This will not be admissible to the employees during the tenure of their posting deputation abroad. |
| 04 | It will be admissible to the employees on their repatriation from posting deputation abroad at the rate and amount which would have been admissible to them had they not been posted abroad. |
Adhoc 2021 On Running Pay Scale 2021
Granting ad hoc allowance the term Basic Pay for the purpose of Ad-hoc Relief Allowance-2021 will also include the amount of basic pay granted after attaining annual increments.
