Finance Division (Regulations Wing) issued Adhoc Relief Allowance 2021 Federal notification. This notification is about Adhoc relief allowance 2021, announced in budget 2021-22. Similarly, Sindh Government has also notified the Adhoc relief allowance for Sindh civil servants.
Grant Of Ad-Hoc Relief Allowance-2021
This is the latest notification of grant of ad-hoc relief allowance-2021 @ 10% of basic pay of the civil employees of the federal government. In this Finance division salary notification Armed Forces Personnel, Civil Armed Forces, and Civil Employees are included.
Terms of Adhoc Relief
10 Adhoc relief allowance 2021 notification will be admissible on the following terms and conditions.
The Ad-hoc Relief Allowance-2021 will be subject to Income Tax.
Adhoc relief allowance 2021 notification federal government will be admissible during leave. It is also admissible the entire period of LPR except during extraordinary leave.
This will not treat as part of emoluments for the purpose of calculation of pension and gratuity.
The notification of Adhoc relief allowance will not be admissible to the employees during the tenure of their posting on deputation abroad.
Adhoc On Running Basic Pay
The term “Basic Pay” for the purpose of Ad-hoc Relief Allowance-2021 will also include the amount of the personal pay granted on account of the annual increment (s) beyond the maximum of the existing pay scales.
The above Ad-hoc Relief Allowance-2021 shall be accommodated from within the budgetary allocation for the year 2021-22 by the respective Ministries/Divisions/Departments and no supplementary grants would be given on this account.
The employees of the government will get this Adhoc relief allowance with effect from 01/07/2021. The federal government has also given disparity reduction allowance w.e.f March 2021.

The employees who are getting already 100 percent increase allowances in the pay will only get Adhoc relief allowance.
