The Federal Directorate of Education (FDE), Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Trainings, Islamabad required teaching staff appointment on a deputation basis in Federal Education. FDE intends to adopt the services of professional teachers and Educators from all over the country on a deputation basis to teach from primary to secondary level in the schools and colleges of both urban and rural areas of Islamabad Capital Territory and meet the immediate shortage of staff in these institutions.
Teaching Staff Required on Deputation in FDE
Borrowing of teachers on appointment on a deputation shall be effected through the process of selection against the identified vacant posts and their services shall be governed under standard terms and conditions as contained in the Civil Servant Act, 1973. Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training was formed in 2011. Its headquarter situated in Islamabad and its official website is http://www.mofept.gov.pk. Presently federal minister for education and professional training is Shafqat Mehmood who belongs to Lahore and retires senior CSS Officer. His political affiliation from PTI. After the 18 amendment education is a primarily provincial system in Pakistan. The main function and Responsibilities of this department are planning, making policies, and ensure the availability of education to every child throughout the country.
How To Apply on Deputation Basis
Here infoghar Team will guide how to apply on deputation basis in FDE Islamabad. Interested individuals are requested to apply using the online application form on FDE’s website www.fde.gov.pk from February 01, 2021. No application in hard form is accepted. Candidates shortlisted on the basis of academic qualification and professional experience shall be required to appear before the selection committee for a test interview along with the provision of academic credentials and service certificates (in original) to determine fitness/eligibility accordingly. Priority shall be given to hardship cases and those female teachers whose spouse are serving in the federally governed departments of Islamabad or unmarried female servants whose parents are living in the Federal Capital.
Please note that no NOC from the parent department of the applicant is required at the time of applying and during the selection process. FDE shall formally requisition the services of finally selected candidates from their respective departments.
