The government of Pakistan has reduced the Passport fee in Pakistan for the year 2021. Interior Minister Sheikh Rasheed Ahmad has notified passport fees. Revised fees will be applicable for the passport having a validity of 10 years and 5 years. In this regard, notification is issued. Director general passport immigration issued this notification. This fee will be applicable from 17 January 2021. PM Imran Khan Directed to decrease fee. Pakistan Pakistani passport is issued to Pakistani nationals only for travel abroad. Director General Immigration and passport is issuing authority of passport. Its offices are located all over the country. But these are printed in the main office located in Islamabad.
The first time, a Pakistani passport issued in 1947. It was issued by the ministry of interior Pakistan. A national indemnity card is a must to get this document. This passport is valid all over the world except Israel. All Pakistani nationals are eligible for this passport. Generally, people call it a “green passport”. This passport indexes on 107th position in the world. Pakistani nationals can travel to 33 countries with a free visa policy with this passport. No objection Certificate is a must for serving candidates for issuing passports. In case of loss of passport, the person will lodge fir in the nearest police station. Then visit the passport office for passport issuance.
Passport Fee for 05 Years Validity
The passport containing 36 pages and validity of five years will charge a fee of Rs.3000 normal rates and an urgent fee for the same will Rs.5000. These are official rates with the approval of DG Immigration and Passport.

Passport Fee for 10 Years Validity
The fee for a Passport with 10 years validity containing pages 36 will charges Rs.4500 at the ordinary rate and an urgent fee of the same will Rs.7500. For a passport containing pages, 72 will cost now Rs.8250 at normal rates and will charge Rs.13500 as an urgent fee.

All passport issuing authorities at home & abroad are advised to follow the instruction regarding the revised fee structure. The passport fee is applicable from 17 February 2021. Passport applications submitted on or after 17 February 2021 will treat under the new fee structure.
