Revision Of Special Judicial Allowance at the rate Equal to 1.5 times of monthly basic pay to the judiciary employees. In this regard Iftikhar Amjad, Finance Secretary has written a letter to the Registrar Lahore High Court, Lahore for the judicial allowance.
Notification of Special Judicial Allowance
In continuation of Finance Department’s letter of even No. dated 25.01.2021 (copy enclosed) and in pursuance of approval of the Competent Authority i.e. the Chief Minister, Punjab under Article 240 of the Constitution read with Section 23 of the Punjab Civil Servant Act, 1974, Finance Department conveys its concurrence regarding the grant of Special Judicial Allowance at the rate equal to 1.5 times of monthly basic pay w.e.f. 01.07.2022 to all the Judicial Officers of the Punjab Judicial Service.
