Government of Sindh Finance Department Karachi issued office memorandum regarding Adhoc Relief Allowance 2021 Sindh vide order No. NO.FD(SR-1)01(32)/ 2021-22 dated 06th July, 2021.The latest notification we are sharing is the notification of Adhoc relief 2021 Sindh Government. In this connection Sindh Government finance division granted of 20% Adhoc relief allowance 2021.

GRANT OF 20% ADHOC RELIEF ALLOWANCE  2021

The Government of Sindh has been pleased to sanction an Adhoc Relief Allowance – 2021 @ 20% of Basic Pay with effect from 1″ July 2021 to all Civil Servants of Sindh Government as well as contingent paid staff and contract employees against civil posts in Basic Pay Scales on standard terms and conditions of contract appointment.

Notification Of Adhoc Relief Allowance Sindh

The notification of Adhoc relief allowance Sindh will be admissible to all government employees working in province Sindh.

01The amount of Adhoc Relief Allowance 2021 will be subject to Income Tax.  
02Adhoc Relief Allowance will be admissible during leave and the entire period of LPR except during Extra Ordinary Leave (EOL).
03This grant of Adhoc relief allowance 2021 will not be treated as part of emoluments for the purpose of calculation of Pension / Gratuity and recovery of House Rent.
04The Adhoc relief 2021 notification will not be admissible to the employees during the tenure of their posting deputation abroad.

The term “Basic Pay” for the Adhoc Relief Allowance – 2021 will also include the amount of the personal pay granted on account of annual increments(s) beyond the maximum of the existing pay scales.

Personal Allowance Notification

In the budget 2021, Sindh Government issued notification of personal allowance. This Personal Allowance, meant to remove discrepancy and bridge the gap between gross salary and minimum wages i.e s.25,000/-, shall be admissible to the employees in BPS-01 to BPS-05 in the all attached department (excluding police constables), as per the following rates:

Personal Allowance

The Personal Allowance applicable to all those employees BPS-01 to BPS-05 whose gross salary is less than Rs.25.000/- and will be digestible/adjustable against future increments as gross salary reaches minimum wages i.c. Rs.25,000/- will not be treated as part of emoluments for the purpose of calculation of Pension / Gratuity and recovery of House Rent.
