Government Of Balochistan FINANCE DEPARTMENT (Regulation wing) issued notification of Disparity Reduction Allowance Baluchistan. This disparity reduction allowance Baluchistan notification issued on 9th, July 2021 vide order No.FD[R-I)V-1/2021/1609-1730/. Here Infoghar team is sharing the latest notification of disparity reduction allowance in Baluchistan. The Government of Balochistan is pleased to grant Disparity Reduction Allowance @15%. This allowance will be on the initial basic pay of Basic Pay Scale-2017 w.e.f 1st July 2021.
Notificaion of Disparity Reduction Allowance
- The allowance shall be admissible to civil employees in BPS-I to BPS-19 of Government of Balochistan subject to the following conditions.
- Disparity reduction allowance will admissible to the Government employees who have not been allowed any special or additional allowances.
- 25 disparity reduction allowance will be part of pay and allowances for the purpose of income tax.
- The said allowance will be admissible during leave and entire period of LPR, excluding Extra Ordinary Leave.
- Will not be treated as part of emoluments for the purpose of calculation of pension and gratuity.
- Will be applicable w.e.f July 01, 2021, and shall continue till further order.

Eligibility of Disparity Allowance
The employees who are getting the following allowances are eligible for disparity reduction allowance.
Special Allowance shall mean any allowance other than the following
House Rent Allowance/House Requisition Allowance (Received in cash or in kind,
Conveyance Allowance
Medical Allowance
Local Compensatory Allowance
Hill and Summer Allowance
Adhoc Relief Allowances 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019, 2021.
