Sindh budget 2022-23 has presented in Sindh Assembly. Accoroding to Sindh Budget 2022-23 Salary Increase Chart Sindh government is going to increase the salaries of employees of sindh province.The PPP Government has announced pay/pension increase and other relief package for the employees and pensioners of the province of Sindh. The salary increase of Sindh province employees we are going to discuss here.
Sindh Budget 2022-23 Salary Increase Chart
The following relief package for the employees of Sindh province has been announced by the government.
- Adhoc Relief Allowance 2022 Sindh @ 15%
- Disparity Reduction Allowance DRA 2022
- Revised Pay Scales 2022 merging all Adhoc
- Pension Increse @ 15%
- If any province increases more than 15% pay/pension then Sindh Government will also do the same.
- Upgradation of Police Constables from BPS-05 to BPS-07
It further added for the information of employees, Federal Government has announced Pay and Pension package for government employees in the 2022-23 Budget. The Sindh Government has announced a package that is different from Federal government and other provinces.
Revised Pay Scale Chart 2022 Sindh
Adhoc Relief Allowances 2016. 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2021 at the rates admissible to the employees of the Federal Government Sindh Govt is merging, and Revised Pay Scales 2022 for civil servants of the Government of Sindh is being introduced on the pattern of the Federal Government.
Adhoc Relief Allowance ARA 2022 Sindh
Sindh government has proposed Adhoc Relief Allowance @ 15% of Basic Pay Scales to Civil Servants of Government of Sindh with effect from 1st July 2022.
Disparity Reduction Allowance 2022 @ 33%
Disparity Reduction Allowance at the rate of 33% of Basic Pay will be paid to Civil Servants in BPS-01 to BPS-16 and at the rate of 30% to civil servants in BPS-17 and above in lieu of the differential rate of Adhoc Relief Allowance 2013, 2015, 2026, 2017,, 2028, 2019, 2020 & 2021 which are being abolished with effect from 1st July 2022.

Pension Increase Sindh 2022
Pensioners of Sindh were already getting a 22.5% increase in net pension than pensioners of the Federal Government till February 2022. Therefore an increase at the rate of 5% of net pension pensioners of the Sindh will get wef 1st July 2022. Thus after the announcement of a 10% increase in a pension by the Federal Govt in March 2022 and the enhancement of the rate of increase to 15% from 1st July 2022 pensioners of Sindh will be getting 12.5% more net pension that the pensioners of the Federal Government.
